My Background
More than 20 years of Corporate HR and leadership experience combined with my natural strengths make me a valuable partner to my clients; I understand the challenges and opportunities leaders and their teams face, and I continue to have the ideas, experience, and relationship skills to deliver the answers.
What gave me the greatest satisfaction during my corporate career was being given the chance to help global senior leaders overcome the challenges of successfully growing into their roles as well as implementing significant change projects. It is helping others overcome blocks or issues in their business and careers and seeing them thrive that motivates me.

My Experience
Guaranteeing that I am doing all that I can to help my clients succeed means I of course invest in my own development; always focussed on the future and determined to maximise potential in others. I see the paths to success for people and I successfully partner with them to ensure they achieve their goals.
I’ve led global Human Resources teams across multiple specialisms, change management programmes and coached and mentored hundreds of people in leadership roles across highly matrixed FTSE100 organisations.
I’ve worked with senior leaders in my capacity as a qualified Senior HR leader and now share my skills and expertise with them as an Executive Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation. I’m also a Gallup Certified Strengths coach which enables me to work with organisations to build strengths-based cultures.
